As an earlier reviewer noted, measurements are provided in metric, cups, etc. The measurements in cups and spoons are in fine print. Depending on your age, you might need a magnifying glass or a younger assistant.That said, I've made a couple of the sorbet recipes. The red berry sorbet got rave reviews. The coconut with lime sorbet was more like a lime sorbet with coconut -- not quite what I was looking for.
