This is junk. The handle snapped after about six uses which would have been more (had the handle lasted) if it were even a little bit easier to use. We just avoided it because it was awkward and flimsy and it was extremely difficult to get the ice out. I would never buy another one of these overpriced useless pieces of junk again.
