I purchased this ice press as a gift for my brother after receiving a big promotion at work. I searched many ice presses but couldn’t find anyone that would engrave until I came upon this company. Being that this is a rather expensive gift I was definitely worried of the initial product and how well was it made? This company is customer obsessed! They truly care about their end product and most of all their customers. Initially I just uploaded a picture that I was sent of my brother’s badge that I wanted engraved. I receive a call shortly after I placed the order and it was from Dalton. He was very nice, extremely courteous and professional in explaining that the picture I sent in wasn’t going to work for his laser engraver. I was immediately bummed as I wasn’t sure what to do. Dalton immediately started googling my brother police department to see if there were other generic pictures of their badges. I wanted to use his specifically as it had his name and badge number. That said, Dalton went back into finding a solution for me. What I thought was nothing short of a miracle Dalton said “I think I can recreate this badge, let me play around and once I have a final draft I will text you the picture to see if you would like to use it and go from there.” I received a text a short time later that day and it was identical to my brother’s badge, down to the detail of the city seal and badge number. I gave Dalton the thumbs up to move forward with the engraving using the picture he created. The next morning I received a text from Dalton stating there was an issue with his file he created in getting the laser engraver to use and asked if he could send it to me by early next week as his designer just took off and was out until next week. Being that I didn’t have a rush to get it back, I happily obliged with Dalton’s request. Before I could even put my phone back down, I received an updated text from Dalton letting me know that he was able to get in touch with his designer at the airport!!!! Yes the airport and was able to troubleshoot the file to be able to upload into the engraver and complete it and overnight it to me. That alone shows just how much they take care of their customers! I can’t thank Dalton and his team enough for the product they were able to create for me and also the 7 star customer service I was provided from start of the process to the finish. Without any reservations I would highly recommend this company for their amazing craftsmanship, their attention to detail and their fantastic customer service. Thank you so much Dalton and team!
