Works as intended! If you are looking for an AC unit... Look elsewhere. But if you are looking for a fan that has cooled air from cold water and ice packs, then this does what it is intended for. Has cooled my room from 92°F to 82°F during the hottest part of the day in Texas during a 100° day (only window unit at the moment - in another room). This is helping it to be barrable in my room. Haven't used in evening yet, as I just got it, but I suspect it will help keep it cooler.
